165 general hygiene violations, 103 scrap cars removed in Ahmadi

The Public Cleanliness and Road Occupancy Department of the Ahmadi Governorate Municipality Branch carried out field inspection campaigns in all areas of the governorate, Alrai Media reported. The Kuwait Municipality Public Relations Department has announced that the municipality issued 165 general hygiene violations, removed 103 neglected cars and boats, groceries and scrap containers, and placed 189 stickers on cars and boats in preparation for their removal after the specific expiration period.

Director of the Public Cleanliness and Road Occupancy Department at the Ahmadi Governorate Municipality Branch Nawaf Al-Mutairi said that the department’s field trips were implemented to preserve the civilized view of the governorate, monitor violators and take legal action against them. He added that the supervisory team at the department is continuing to conduct field tours and taking all legal measures against violators of general hygiene and road occupancy regulations.
